Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Processing time includes order verification, fulfillment, and preparation for shipment. This does not include transit time.
We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping times are managed by USPS and are outside of our direct control.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping (U.S. Only): $6.99
This applies to all eligible domestic orders.
Business Days & Holidays
Business days do not include weekends or the following major holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
THC Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship THC products to the following states:
Alaska
California
Colorado
Delaware
Idaho
Indiana
Iowa
Montana
Nevada
New York
North Dakota
Rhode Island
Utah
Vermont
Washington
Orders containing restricted products for these locations will be canceled or adjusted.
Shipping FAQs
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delays may occur if:
- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided
- An item is temporarily out of stock
- Order volume is unusually high
- Orders are placed near holidays

During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
When Will I Receive My Order After It Ships?
All orders ship via USPS.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
After your package is handed to USPS, delivery timing and delays are outside of our control. For carrier-related issues, please contact USPS directly.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact our support team for assistance.
Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates folder if you don’t see your tracking email.
My Package Was Lost or Marked as Delivered
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, we recommend opening a claim with USPS.
Please note:
- Some packages may be marked “Delivered” before physically arriving
- Delivery can take up to 4 additional business days after this scan
- Elevated Brandz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
If your order still cannot be located after this period, contact our support team.
My Order Is Still Processing
If your order is still processing within the normal 1–3 business day window, there is no cause for concern.
Delays may occur during high-volume periods or holidays.
If your order remains in processing beyond this timeframe, feel free to contact us for an update.
Can I Change My Order After Purchase?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to:
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Name or contact details
- Order contents
Due to verification and compliance requirements, all orders are final once submitted.
Please double-check your information before completing checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Where Is My Order?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
After shipment, USPS is responsible for delivery. Any carrier-related delays or issues must be addressed directly with USPS.
